During the 2009 season, volunteers donated over 11,000 hours, and 50,000 (over half the population of Duluth) people visited the NSSR!
Experience in railroading and railroad knowledge are not required to volunteer. We provide hands on, one-to-one training to ensure all volunteers have the operating experience needed to run a safe and enjoyable railroad.
