This is how we received the 2719,

needing  piston work and all in pieces.

In this picture, there is no piston built yet. 

The pistons have to be made from scratch, and then installed.

Piston work completed on the left side of the 2719, all created from scratch!    This is some really amazing work done by our volunteers!

With the left side completed, she's half  way there!

She has her bell in place!

You cant see anything in front of the train  from the seats.  The Engineers would have had to lean way outside the windows to look for signals.
