Questions about trains, reservations, depart times can be answered by calling the Ticket Office at 722-1273 or 1-800-423-1273.  If a ride is listed as needing a reservation, you  MUST call in to make reservations. 

 

If you call and receive our answering machine, please leave a call back name and number so we can contact you.  We are not able to process ticket/merchandise orders left on the voice mail.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
